I am a graduate of American InterContinental University in Schaumburg, Illinois, where I earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I also hold both a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science degree from Gwynedd Mercy University in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In addition, I am a graduate of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I obtained my Chef’s Certification.
In 2000, I became a certified ServSafe Instructor through the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Since then, I have delivered food safety and sanitation certification training to hundreds of chefs, cooks, and foodservice professionals across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida.
My teaching style is engaging, practical, and easy to understand, ensuring participants not only retain the material but feel confident and prepared to successfully pass the 90-question multiple-choice ServSafe examination.
