FOOD SAFETY IS MY PASSION
I graduated from American InterContinental University Schaumburg, IL with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, received a Bachelor’s Degree of Science and an Associate’s Degree of Science from Gwynedd Mercy University, Fort Washington Pa. I also graduated from The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pa receiving a Chef’s Certification. I received my Instructor certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation in 2000.
Since then, I have been teaching ServSafe, safe food handling and sanitation to hundreds of chefs, cooks and food service professionals throughout New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Florida.
My teaching style is fun yet full of information so that my
customers are able to retain what they've learned and pass a 90 question multiple choice examination.
